Refund and Returns Policy

The Vaping hamster are committed as always to top customer service. This does of course include how we work with our customers with regards to our returns policy. Please read the following and familiarize yourself with our return terms and conditions and contact us if you are need of any help with your returns related query.

Unless the item happens to be faulty, any returns should be within 14 days of receiving the order. Original condition means that the item needs to include original packaging, the should be undamaged and in a sellable condition.

Once the item is returned to us, we will refund back to original purchase method. This includes items purchased in any vape deals or clearance sale.

What cannot be returned:
Opened bottles of liquids
Personalised products

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you have around an hours windown after you have placed your order in which to do this… We want to get your order to you as fast as possible and we pick and pack your order pretty much straight away and we aim to despatch the same day so we may not be able to cancel your order if you notify us of cancellation after 2pm (irrespective of the hours grace period).

If your order has been dispatched you will still have the opportunity to cancel within 14 days of its arrival; you will, however, need to send the products back to us before a refund can be issued. please also note that the postage cost will not be refunded for order cancellations.

Unwanted goods
Unwanted items or order cancelations can be returned to us within 14 days from the date you received it and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you have received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return an item.

We must receive the items back within our possession for any refunds to be processed.

Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes and refill pods that have been opened, unless they are faulty.

Returning a Faulty Item
We all know sometimes there are manufacturing faults, we know from time to time things can be damaged in transit and in these cases we will go above and beyond to resolved these issued with minimum of fuss and time for our customers.

In the unlikely event your item does stop working there is a 6-month warranty on our products (Please note this does not including coils and liquids). During this time The Vaping Hamster can offer a refund or exchange on faulty items.

To return a faulty item you need to contact us by email or via our contact form, or you can contact is by telephone or even drop us a text/WhatsApp message and we can go through a few details and decide the next course of action and once we have made sure the item was faulty we will then send over the details on how to get the item back to us.

Any goods including kits, tanks, mods etc. that need to be returned will need to be returned with their original packaging as we need to verify serial numbers. Without this, goods are not eligible for return even if they are faulty.

Please note: The above does not apply to coils and liquids as these are perishable items.

Return Policy for E Liquids
Any type of liquid is a perishable item and we cannot ascertain if they have been doctored and/or tampered with so we are not able to accept returns of any liquids whether they are unopened, un-used or remain sealed unless we have sent you incorrect liquids in your order. We don’t accept liquid returns based on someone simply not liking a taste or having changed your mind.

If returning liquids is due to an error on our side in picking your liquids such as sending the wrong flavour, our policy is to send you the correct order. If you receive any liquids that are damaged then you are to make contact within 14 days either by telephone, email or via our contact form and we can go through a few details and decide the next course of action.

Return Policy for Disposables
We will no longer cover Disposable E Cigarette by any warranty for the following reasons:

Disposables devices are a consumable item, oral products and therefore for purposes of hygiene we cannot accept them back in returns for inspection. These will be treated in the same policy as liquids. Please see above.

Claims for lack of taste cannot by validated by ourselves due to the hygiene reasons mentioned above and will no longer be covered by any warranty.
Please also note that all puff counts are a guide from the manufacturer.

We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs back to original payment method you used for payment. However, please note the following:

We will refund you within 7 working days of the day on which we receive the goods back from you.

We will deduct any postage cost from refunds of you have changed your mind about an order.
The Vaping Hamster reserve the right to make deductions from the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by you handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop; and/or not recommended by the manufacture.

We also also reserve the right to make deductions from the price to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if any packaging is opened for any orders that are returned because you changed your mind.

International Returns and refunds
Please refer to returning and item not faulty and also faulty for terms of returns.

Posting back an international return

Before posting an item back to us please contact us to confirm the return. We will refund any postal charges you incur to return the items. Please note that this refund will be in sterling £ and may therefore not be exactly to the amount paid due to exchange rates.
The refund will be completed within 7 days of the item being received back to us.
